Shipping:

Express shipping is at an additional cost of $14 per way. An express return parcel will be included with your delivery to ensure the dress is shipped back in time for the next rental.

Booking Deposit:

A 50% deposit will be required to secure your dress rental. If this deposit is not paid, your rental will not be locked in.

Security Bond:

A refundable bond of $100 will be held for damages. This will be refunded immediately upon return if the dress is in the same condition. Any repairs to damages will be paid for from this bond.

ID Photo:

Please provide a government-issued ID photo (license) for security.

Dress Condition:

Dress must be returned in the same condition. Full retail price will be charged for irreparable items.

Cleaning:

Do not attempt to dry clean or wash garments before returning. If the rental is damaged in any way due to washing, full retail price will be charged.

DRY CLEANING FEE = $30

Rental Period:

4 day period unless discussed prior.

Cancellation:

50% booking deposit non-refundable, but can be used for future rentals.

Return Deadline:

Return within 4 day rental period to avoid late fees of $40 per day.

Refunds:

Bond will be refunded the same day as return of your rental item.
